Tune it Down Turn it Up (TDTU) Mission

TDTU exists to enrich lives through music and workshops, and further the careers of emerging artists. Young aritsts are able to interact and learn from highly regarded industry veterans, providing invaluable experience and wisdom.

TDTU also strives to provide a fulfilling experience for al staff, contractors and volunteers (associates). The associates are a tight knit group who inevitably form lifelong relationships with one another. Compensation is at or above fair market value and there are many perks to the job. Associates are able to harvest professional and personal growth.
